Scottsdale Half Marathon — Annual Sponsor
Since 2019, Summit Ridge Dental has been a proud sponsor of the Scottsdale Half Marathon. Every year, our team sets up a water station on the course and cheers on runners along the route through the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. It's one of our favorite days of the year — thousands of runners, beautiful desert scenery, and a great cause. A portion of race proceeds supports local trail maintenance and parks programs.
Give Kids A Smile — Free Dental Care for Children
Every February, Dr. Sarah Chen and our team volunteer with the ADA Foundation's Give Kids A Smile program, providing free dental exams, cleanings, and treatments to children from underserved families in the Phoenix area. Since Summit Ridge Dental began participating in 2016, we've provided care to over 400 children who might not otherwise have access to a dentist.

Gilbert Chamber of Commerce
Dr. Maria Vasquez serves on the board of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, helping support local businesses and connect the Gilbert community. Through the Chamber, Summit Ridge Dental participates in networking events, small business roundtables, and the annual Gilbert Days Festival. We're proud to be part of Gilbert's growing and vibrant business community.
ASU Sun Devil Athletics — Dental Partner
As the official dental partner of ASU Sun Devil Athletics, Summit Ridge Dental provides dental screenings and oral health resources to student athletes. Dr. Patel — a Phoenix native and long-time Sun Devil fan — leads our partnership efforts, bringing our team to campus for annual screenings and emergency dental support during the athletic season.
Quarterly Food Bank Drives
Every quarter, all three Summit Ridge Dental offices collect non-perishable food donations for the St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance. Patients who bring a donation receive a complimentary whitening touch-up kit as a thank-you. Over the past three years, we've collected more than 5,000 pounds of food for families across the Valley.
