Bring your photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any recent dental X-rays from a previous dentist. Save time by completing our new patient forms online before your visit.
Yes. We offer pediatric dentistry for children of all ages. Dr. Patel and Dr. Vasquez both have pediatric experience, and our team is trained to make kids feel comfortable.
Yes. All three locations reserve time daily for dental emergencies. Call and describe your symptoms — we'll see you the same day.
Yes. Dr. Maria Vasquez and several team members speak fluent Spanish. Spanish-speaking staff are available at all three locations.
Insurance & Cost
We're in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, United Healthcare, Guardian, Humana, GEHA, and select BlueCross BlueShield plans. See our full insurance page or call with your plan details and we'll verify your benefits.
Our Summit Savings Plan ($299/year) includes two cleanings, exams, X-rays, and 15% off all treatments. We also offer CareCredit and Lending Club financing.

Locations & Scheduling
Yes. Scottsdale: 8am-2pm. Tempe: 9am-3pm. Gilbert: 9am-2pm. All three offices are open Saturday.
Free parking at all locations. Scottsdale: free lot, east side entrance. Tempe: free garage, 2nd floor. Gilbert: free lot, east side of Val Vista Medical Plaza.
